Evan Taylor Jones is currently producing music for himself and other artists as well. Evan is performing with World Champion and international touring a cappella group, Six Appeal out of Minneapolis, Minnesota (USA). When off-tour, he is playing his own soul-rock shows at Disney Springs in Orlando, Florida (USA) and building his music business on his off time. He often independently reaches out to contacts, books shows, plans tour runs, writes music, records, produces, and even makes time to cook, be a father, and stays physically active 5-6 times/week.

With all on ETJ’s plate, he still manages to curate quality music for multiple releases throughout the year. All of this for his fans, family, and friends. Jones is currently promoting his brand new release “SPARE SOME LOVE”; a cozy head-bobbing love song written by him and his brother Trenard Allen Jones — the perfect mix of Neo-soul and RnB, written just in time for Fall 2018!

EVAN TAYLOR JONES BIO:

Evan Taylor Jones is an eclectic soul-rock artist and singer/songwriter from Orlando, Florida (USA). He’s the youngest of three boys born out of Inglewood, California. Jones had to contend with the passing of his Mother when he was only 13 years old. Gaining a Guardian Angel, Jones went on, beginning at age 18, to pursue a career in music and to this day sees no slowing down. From humble beginnings, playing in a makeshift three-man band with his two brothers, Jones moved and grew through a couple bands in his hometown until he could sustain himself as a full-time musician.

Jenny Kloote, a Lead Entertainment Advisor at Walt Disney World theme park (Orlando) may have said it best:

“His voice is like bread and butter; so smooth and tasty, I can almost eat it.”

Evan represents the soul of the late-greats and classics from the Motown and Mussel Shoals era, with songs centered around love, peace, happiness and triumphant over-comings, further embellished stylistically in edgy rock ‘n roll. Do not let the dread locks fool you! Jones is nothing shy of Lenny Kravitz in his prime.

Performing as a regular at Disney Springs on most nights of the month, Jones has performed for crowds from all over the world. In 2015, ETJ had the honor of playing for a sold out crowd when he opened for Bob Marley’s legendary band, The Wailers, at the House of Blues in Orlando. Subsequently, Evan auditioned for ‘The Voice’ Season 10 and made it to the blind auditions in February of 2016. With a short lived “reality television” life, Evan Taylor Jones was more than excited to stay true to his music vision of his music career and put all his focus into major independent projects.

In 2017, even toured for a total of seven months out of the year after releasing what would be his most remarkable musical content, “Denim Heart”; an exciting nod to classic psychedelic soul-rock and blues! This year, Evan was asked to join the World Champion and international touring a cappella group based out of Minneapolis, Six Appeal! Together so far in May, the group traveled to Moscow, Russia to compete in the largest A Cappella competition in the world and won first place!

Matthew Humphries, a former songwriter for Celine Dion wrote a note after listening to the tracks saying,

“This young man is the real deal. What a voice and spirit. Every song was the best version I ever heard. I hope and pray that ETJ gets to perform on the biggest stages of the world.”

Truly, Evan Taylor Jones is a powerhouse artist and is making that known, more and more across the globe.
